Purple Flower Salsify with Foxtails 5"x 5" Original Painting

Tons of these salsifies were growing along the greenway near my house this spring. I painted this salsify by hand on a wood panel using acrylic paints using a loose, graphic style. The block panel does not need a frame and is ready to hang on your wall using the keyhole on the back. It's protected with an acrylic matte varnish. The unfinished wood on the panel gives it a rustic charm.
