Dandelion original acrylic painting 5" x5"

This is a dandelion that I found in my own front yard, and I knew I just had to paint it before tearing it out of the ground. This dandelion was painted on a 1/2" baltic birch panel using matte acrylic paints and is sealed with a matte acrylic varnish. I kept the brushstrokes loose and abstract to add to feeling of chaos in the scene. It is ready to hang on the wall without a frame and has a keyhole on the back for easy hanging! The sides and the back are unfinished wood that add to it's rustic charm.
